Note:  All registrations and/or orders for T-Shirts must be recevied and paid for by the cut-off date of June 07, 2025
 

Registration Fees:
Adults (18 and older)                                 $125.00
Children (12-17)                                          $50.00
Children (6-11)                                            $30.00
Ages 5 and under (No Charge)                 Free

T-shirts are Optional 

  • ​All Sizes are $10.00
  • Sizes range from Sm, Med, Large, and 1x - 5x

All checks / money orders must be made payable to "Hailey Lusk Reunion" and must be mailed the the treasurer:
